By using LeadHunter ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LeadHunter, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. The Service

LeadHunter provides a lead generation platform that surfaces publicly available business information. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LeadHunter only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the data to harass, spam, or threaten individuals or businesses
• Resell or redistribute raw data exports without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data beyond normal usage
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Violate any applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) in your outreach

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Annual plans are non-refundable after 7 days except in cases of service failure on our part. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and will not renew after the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at support@leadhunterai.com for a full refund.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of business data sourced from third parties. LeadHunter is not liable for decisions made based on data provided by the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The LeadHunter platform, branding, and software are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadHunter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction in which LeadHunter operates.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
